At the minimum, please complete patient information, registration, insurance, medications, allergies, contact information, pharmacy and emergency contact sections of the record. You should print out the record, and bring it with you to your office visit. By doing so, you will speed your registration at the office.
However, the iHealth Record offers you much more. You can complete a detailed health history which is securely available to you online; and it can be accessed securely by those physicians whom you designate and provide a user name and password to. It's easy to create the record. I did it for myself, but it takes about 20 minutes. Time well spent. I would appreciate your effort in this, so that I can have as needed health information for your care.
